I decided to start this blog to link to all the other family blogs and add pictures and news that come my way.
In considering a name for the blog, I searched for a new and creative way to combine the prolific Felix and Martin surnames. The first intuitive combinations were easily scrapped:
- Fartin: too odorous
- Melix: too pharmaceutical
- Marlix: too aquatic
- Femar: too orthopedic
- Felmart: getting there
- Fleamart: just a little repositioning of the "l," and there you have it. And since I'll be browsing around the internet looking to amalgamate your posts, pictures, and news, it seems to fit!
