Golden Toothman
The top picture is of Golden Toothman (4th great grandfather of the Martin kids) and his wife Mary Clark in front of their home near Jacobsburg, Ohio. Although the home is no longer standing, Wilson Toothman showed me the location of the home and drove me to Golden's grave in Jacobsburg.

Thanks for posting this great image of Golden and Mary's cabin. Is there any chance of getting a higher res image of this? Have you got any more images of Golden or associated folks? Mary's sister Martha Ann Clark is my 2G grandmother, and she married Joseph Michael abt 1863, Monongalia WV. I have more info if you are interested.

Hi Pam,
Golden's great-granddaughter has this same photo hanging on their wall and she says that it was taken in Crossroads, Monongalia County, West Virginia in 1902 before Golden and his wife moved to Belmont County, Ohio.
